Our Aggregation & Export Model

At Hyper trading company, we eliminate inefficiencies and secure superior quality through direct engagement and streamlined logistics:

Ethical & Traceable Aggregation

  • Farmer Network: We partner directly with thousands of smallholder farmers and farmer cooperatives across key districts.

  • Quality at Source: Our field teams work with farmers to implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and proper wet bean collection, ensuring that quality begins the moment of harvest.

  • Traceability: Every consignment is tracked from the farm gate to the export container, ensuring full supply chain transparency and compliance with emerging regulations like the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

  • Feature Description Market Value
Flavor Profile Known for a robust, deep chocolate base often complemented by notes of nut (hazelnut/pecan), dried fruit (cherry/banana), and subtle spice or vanilla. Suitable for both bulk processing and specialty/artisanal chocolate.
Growing Region Primarily sourced from the rich soils of Bundibugyo (the largest production region), Western, and Central Uganda. Geographical distinction allows for the development of unique terroir notes.
Post-Harvest Quality Our focus on standardized, centralized fermentation (5-7 days) and sun-drying ensures even flavor development and low moisture content. Meets strict international standards for consistency and bean cut test results.
    • Caffeine Content: Arabica has a relatively low caffeine content, typically around 1.5% by weight, which is about half that of Robusta. The lower caffeine contributes to its milder, less bitter taste.
