We manage distinct, optimized supply chains for each of our core export products—Coffee, Cocoa, Sunflower Seeds, and Sesame Seeds—by working directly with a decentralized network of Farmer Cooperative Societies and Organized Producer Groups.

Pre-Inspection: Our field agents conduct immediate quality checks at the point of purchase for critical factors like:
Purity (minimal foreign matter)
Moisture Content (crucial for preventing mold/spoilage)
Harvesting Standards (e.g., ripe coffee cherry selection)
Advanced Facilities: Aggregated raw commodities are transported to our modern warehouse and processing facility in Kampala/Major Hub.
Meticulous Grading: We utilize specialized machinery, including screens, gravity tables, and color sorters, to grade and standardize batches to meet the stringent defect and sizing requirements of international commodity exchanges and specialized buyers.
Certification: We ensure compliance with all necessary national and international standards, including Phytosanitary Certificates and, where required, support for Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and EUDR traceability.
